Why do you need a radio director? The same reason you need a TV director. To look at the script objectively and suggest ways it could work better.

Once inside the studio, only an experienced radio director has the vocabulary to communicate to the cast. Actors crave direction. Without it, nuances are lost, rhythm is fractured and meaning impaired. It helps them understand the emotional subtext and motivation behind even the simplest of scripts.

At Eardrum we’ve directed more award winning commercials than any other radio specialist.

“Whether it's collaboration at script stage, exceptional casting, direction of talent or an overall understanding of how to make radio ads better, Eardrum have on more than one occasion helped me turn a bunch of words on a page into something special. If the client is thinking radio, I think Eardrum.”
